Shadowbriar

The subdivision of Shadowbriar, located in west Houston between Highway 6 and the Sam Houston Parkway, has just over 400 single-family properties. Traditional homes prove to be the most popular architectural style, but mixed in are a few contemporary and even Colonial homes.
Construction dates back to the 1980s, with 1982 the median year built. Square footage runs a median of 2,481, with spacious lots having a median square footage of 8,165, many with mature trees providing abundant shade.
